HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Foxglove Quill Foods Group makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Colorado Springs. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on allergen controls. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with allergen controls. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
