HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Westbrook Cross Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Tulsa, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fleet maintenance. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
