HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Amberfield Rook Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Sacramento producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory filings. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
