HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Cedar Loom Learning Group is an education provider in Las Vegas serving students and families. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on family communication. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
