HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Clearpath Meadow Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Boston region. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on onboarding. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with onboarding. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
