HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Lumen Fern Freight Group is a Memphis logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on claims. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
