HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Rivermark Telecom is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for field visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field visits. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with field visits. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
