HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Lumen North Water Authority Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for meter reading, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on meter reading. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with meter reading. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
