HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Summit Fern Energy Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for usage data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on usage data. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with usage data. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
