HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Redstone Loom Housing Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for waiting lists, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on waiting lists. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with waiting lists. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
