HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Summit Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Spokane, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on shrink and waste. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with shrink and waste. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
