HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Bluepeak Cedar Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Louisville focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field visits. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with field visits. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
