HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Summit Sable Property Management is a Cleveland property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vendor invoices. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
