HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Rivermark Nest Housing is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for lease compliance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on lease compliance. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with lease compliance. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
