HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Northwind Yarrow Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Reno, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 130 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on equipment calibration. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
