HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Oak Energy and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 166 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on outage response. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
