HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Summit Thistle Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Spokane region, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on change orders. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with change orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
