HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Ironwood Glen Civic Services supports public agencies in Charlotte with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on public records. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with public records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
