HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Vista Property Management and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 109 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on unit turnovers. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with unit turnovers. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
