HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Amberfield Loom Property Management is a Milwaukee property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on unit turnovers. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with unit turnovers. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
