HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Loom Pharma Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory filings. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
