HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Bright Union Hospitality Group operates hotels and event venues around Honolulu, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on guest bookings. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with guest bookings. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
