HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Clearpath Sparrow Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Denver. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service complaints. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with service complaints. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
