HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Bluepeak Rowan Banking Services is a regional lender in Toledo with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 137 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on deposit accounts. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
