HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Greenridge Harbor Arts Center is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for visitor services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on visitor services. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with visitor services. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
