HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Northwind Basin Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around St. Louis. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 337 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on constituent requests. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with constituent requests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
