HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Lantern Learning Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 186 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on family communication. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
