HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Northwind Lakeside Telecom is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for network equipment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on network equipment. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
