HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Sparrow Care Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on caregiver training. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
