HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Amberfield Granite Pharma is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for clinical studies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinical studies. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with clinical studies. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
