HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Rivermark Yarrow Civic Services supports public agencies in Birmingham with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 88 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on case files. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with case files. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
