HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Foxglove Iron Insurance is an insurance company in Miami with claims and service teams, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer complaints. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer complaints. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
