HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Bluepeak Glen Inspection Services Group provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Tulsa, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 55 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client sites. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client sites. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
