HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Summit River Water Authority is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for pipe repairs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on pipe repairs. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with pipe repairs. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
