HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Greenridge Nest Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Detroit. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on family communication. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
