HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Harborlight North Pharma develops and makes medicines in Anchorage. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinical studies. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with clinical studies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
