HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Ridge Financial and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 954 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer onboarding. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
