HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Westbrook Fox Water Authority is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for treatment plant data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on treatment plant data. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with treatment plant data. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
