HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Silverline Lakeside Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Omaha region. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service connections. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
