HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Ridge Property Management and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vendor invoices. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
