HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Redstone Linden Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Baltimore. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on equipment calibration. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with equipment calibration. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
