HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Foxglove Bright Water Authority is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for capital projects, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 187 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on capital projects. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with capital projects. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
