HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Stonegate Birch Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Little Rock, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fleet maintenance. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with fleet maintenance. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
