HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Cross Health and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on patient scheduling. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
