HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Silverline Fox Property Management is a Denver property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on rent collection. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with rent collection. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
