HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Clearpath Union Foods is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for customer specifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer specifications. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with customer specifications. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
