HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Ironwood Quill Health Group runs clinics and patient services around St. Louis. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on referrals. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with referrals. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
