HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Stone Facilities and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer sites. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer sites. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
