HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Westbrook North Pharma is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for release testing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on release testing. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
