HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Clearpath Lakeside Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Miami, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 142 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on loads and lanes. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with loads and lanes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
